Terms and Conditions – Sacred rising 4-Week Coaching Package

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your participation in the Sacred Rising 4-Week Coaching Package (“the Program”) offered by [Magick Goddess] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“the Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Disclaimer & Individual Responsibility

• The Program is intended to provide life coaching, empowerment practices, spiritual and magickal guidance, and personal development support.

• We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The Program is not a substitute for professional therapy or healthcare.

• We make no guarantees about outcomes or results. Your results depend on your own effort, engagement, and application of the practices taught.

• You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and well-being throughout and after the Program.

2. Payment

• The full Program fee is payable upfront.

• No sessions will be held unless payment has been received in advance.

• Payment is accepted via [credit card, PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna].

3. Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

• We do not generally offer refunds once payment has been received.

• However, a three (3) day cooling-off period applies from the date of payment and before the first session begins. During this time, you may cancel in writing and receive a full refund.

• Any refund requests outside this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion, depending on the reason for the request.

4. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to workbooks, worksheets, prompts, rituals, and recordings, are protected by copyright.

• These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, share, or use these materials for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• We respect your privacy and will treat all personal information you provide as confidential.

• Personal information is collected solely for Program delivery, membership to our site, and communications from us.

• We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

• You may unsubscribe from promotional material at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

6. Forbidden Activities

By enrolling in the Program, you agree that you will not:

• Misuse, disrupt, or damage our digital platforms or systems.

• Copy, distribute, or share our Program content with others.

• Engage in abusive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour toward us, our staff, or other members of our community.

• Use Program content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Any violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the Program, without refund.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Magick Goddess/Her Sacred Voice, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your actions, or any breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Australian Law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Program, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from your participation in the Program.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Governing Law

The laws of Australia govern these Terms, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of your state or territory.
